Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, purchasing a title, joining NISA+, participating in chat, uploading inbox media, or contacting NISA TV. We also collect limited first-party usage information such as pages visited, video progress, device category, approximate country, campaign source, and interactions with NISA TV features.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, deliver purchased content and memberships, remember watch progress, process support requests, protect the service, improve programming, and measure site performance.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. Authentication is provided by Clerk, video delivery by Mux, and hosting and live-video infrastructure by Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites. NISA TV does not store full payment-card numbers or account passwords.

Private messages and media

Members Inbox messages and attachments are limited to authorized participants and creator moderation tools. Message content is not included in audience analytics. Attachments may be reviewed when reported or when necessary to protect users and enforce the Terms.

Your choices

You may update account information, manage or cancel a NISA+ subscription through billing settings, and request help with account or privacy questions through the Support page. Browser privacy controls may limit first-party analytics.

Retention and security

Records are retained as reasonably necessary to provide purchases, memberships, security, accounting, and legal compliance. NISA TV uses access controls and private delivery for member message media, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
