Terms of Use

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for your account activity and for providing accurate information. Mature or age-restricted programming may have additional eligibility requirements.

Free programming and purchases

Some NISA TV programming is free. Premium premieres are sold individually. A completed eligible purchase grants the purchasing account continuing access through My Library, subject to service availability, these Terms, and applicable law.

NISA+

NISA+ is a recurring $14.99 monthly membership that renews until cancelled. It includes member benefits described at purchase; paid NISA TV premieres are sold separately. You may cancel anytime from Account billing settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, whether digital content has been accessed, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. Contact Support promptly if a charge is incorrect or content is technically unavailable. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Community and uploads

Do not upload or send unlawful, threatening, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or exploitative content. NISA TV may remove content, restrict messaging, or suspend access when necessary for safety or enforcement. Use reporting tools for inappropriate messages or media.

Livestreams and availability

Live schedules, creator replies, response times, and specific member events are not guaranteed. Features and programming may change, pause, or become unavailable because of production, safety, technical, or legal requirements.
